You will need to tell us for each item where you would like the image placing, which picture file(s) to use and any text required. Use the notes box to describe how you want the item to look or to request us to compose some artwork for you.
For orders with 3 or more artwork items to be sent please contact us for an alternative method.
For orders with more than 3 items then please submit further forms. If an image is used more than once then upload it for the first item and use the notes on the subsequent items to reference the file.
Please select yes or no to whether or not Artwork Proofs are required.
